In my massage practice, I combine the familiar grounding of traditional modalities—such as Swedish and Shiatsu—with a more intuitive approach to the work. Massage, for me, is a state of focused presence: using deep strokes to soothe the system, unwind tight areas, and invite the body into a deeper rhythm of rest and ease.
While the techniques themselves are time-honored, the experience is tailored to support profound relaxation and meaningful tension release. Each session is designed to help your body let go, soften, and recover so you leave feeling both restored and more connected to yourself.

Get a massage off of my regular schedule hours to fit your time request.
1. Visit our booking page and select new client massage. Once you’ve booked your first session, you will be sent intake paperwork to fill out before your first appointment.
2. At your first treatment, we will do a 90 minute appointment, go over your intake form, do a body assessment and scan with 60 minutes of massage, and I’ll be asking questions here and there to make sure everything is feeling good. Communication is key! I want you to have a really good massage – so let me know if you have any preferences.
3. During the session I will be offer different techniques such as aromatherapy, hot stone, and cupping in small ways to give you a sense of what these can offer during follow up sessions. In future sessions, you can book these as add ons for a more full experience with these techniques.
4. At the end of the session, we’ll discuss my assessment findings and check in about how the session went and goals.
5. We will create a plan for moving forward to meet your specific goals. You can choose to schedule additional one off appointments or packages for a discount. Often some coaching can be incorporated into the session to help further understand the full picture, including discussing diet, lifestyle, stress, and what role rest and relaxation play in your life.
here are some answers to questions we get asked a lot about our practice
1. Due to our limited appointment openings, we ask for a minimum of 48 business hours (not including the weekend) notice for reschedules or cancellations.
2. This may allow us enough time to fill your practitioner’s opening and allow the booking of another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Please be aware that cancelled appointments that we are unable to fill directly impact your practitioner’s income.
3. Any appointment rescheduled or cancelled within 24 business hours (not including the weekend) of the appointment will be responsible for 100% of the service booked.
4. No shows will be responsible for 100% of the service booked, before another appointment can be scheduled.
If you are experiencing symptoms of contagious sickness such as fever, body aches, uncontrollable cough, etc. or have had a recent COVID diagnosis, please notify your practitioner. Cancellation fees may be waived one time due to these circumstances.
If you are experiencing migraine, grief, or other issue for which you may be hesitant to come to your session, we can assure you that your session will be tailored to fit your needs and body condition on that day and accommodations to body position or techniques can be used to support your greatest health and well being.
My services are not covered by insurance but I do accept HSA’s and FSA’s though I can’t guarantee JYFL will be accepted by these companies.

“Sim is a great massage therapist. I felt comfortable and relaxed and the laughter therapy was great. It helped me get through some of the more difficult areas of the massage.”
