In my massage practice, I combine the familiar grounding of traditional modalities—such as Swedish and Shiatsu—with a more intuitive approach to the work. Massage, for me, is a state of focused presence: using deep strokes to soothe the system, unwind tight areas, and invite the body into a deeper rhythm of rest and ease.
While the techniques themselves are time-honored, the experience is tailored to support profound relaxation and meaningful tension release. Each session is designed to help your body let go, soften, and recover so you leave feeling both restored and more connected to yourself.

Get a massage off of my regular schedule hours to fit your time request.
1. Before your initial session, we will have a 20 minute introductory conversation to discuss current issues, what your goals are and if I am the right fit for your needs.
2. If its your first treatment, we will do a 90 minute intake appointment, go over your intake form, do a body assessment and scan with 60 minutes of massage, and I’ll be asking questions here and there to make sure everything is feeling good. Communication is key! I want you to have a really good massage – so let me know if you have any preferences.
3. You will be fully draped with sheets when you are lying on the massage table. I am a medical professional and will make sure that only the area I am working on will be undraped. You may disrobe to your level of comfort.
4. At the end of the session, we’ll discuss my assessment findings and check in about how the session went and goals.
5. We create a plan for moving forward to meet your specific goals. Often some coaching can be incorporated into the session to help further understand the full picture, including discussing diet, lifestyle, stress, and what role rest and relaxation play in your life.
6. I require 48 hours notice for cancellations. All late cancellations will be charged a fee. If you do not show up you will be charged the full cost of the session.

Due to our limited appointment openings, we ask for a minimum of 48 business hours (not including the weekend) notice for reschedules or cancellations.
Any appointment rescheduled or cancelled within 24 business hours (not including the weekend) of the appointment will be responsible for 100% of the service booked.
No shows will be responsible for 100% of the service booked, before another appointment can be scheduled.
We will make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs. “Sim is a great massage therapist. I felt comfortable and relaxed and the laughter therapy was great. It helped me get through some of the more difficult areas of the massage.”
